How is the fit?
Selina Rae Swimwear is designed to stretch and mold beautifully to your body, each piece can stretch up to one size. If you prefer a snug, secure fit, we recommend sizing down. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help guide you.
What are Selina Rae Swimwear bikinis made from?
All of our swimwear is made from a buttery-soft, high-quality blend of nylon and spandex. This combination offers durability, stretch, and comfort while maintaining a flattering fit for all body types. Our fabrics are carefully selected to feel luxe against your skin and hold up through countless beach days.
Can I change my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@selinarae.com, with your order number in the subject line and your requested change.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we can only make changes before your order is processed and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled, we are unable to make any modifications.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand that plans change! However, due to our fast order processing time, we can only cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. If your order has already been fulfilled or is in transit, we’re unable to cancel it.
To request a cancellation, email info@selinarae.com right away with your order number in the subject line. If your cancellation is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do you offer refunds for returns?
As a small business, we’re unable to offer cash refunds. We offer store credit only for eligible returns, which can be used at any time toward future purchases. While we’d love to provide full refunds, doing so can be harmful to the sustainability of our brand. That said, we truly want you to be happy with your purchase and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for store credit only, within 14 days of your order date.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• A $5 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your store credit
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
To initiate a return, please email info@selinarae.com with your name and order number in the subject line. Please wait for our response before sending anything back—unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
What items are considered final sale?
• Any item purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Items purchased at pop-ups, markets, or in-person events
These are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! We offer one-time size exchanges per item.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the order date, and items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).

• Once we receive the item, we’ll send out your new size
• Only one exchange per item is permitted
To start an exchange, please email us at info@selinarae.com with your order number and request.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process it and issue your store credit. We’ll email you once your return has been processed and your store credit is ready to use.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
After your return is processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund if applicable (in cases of approved cancellations).
