At Selina Rae Swimwear, we pour our hearts into every piece we create. As a small, independent brand, every order means so much to us. While we’d love to offer full refunds, doing so isn’t sustainable for a business of our size. That said, your happiness is incredibly important to us and we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNS
If your swimwear didn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
Here’s what to know:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of the order date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached
• The original shipping fee is non-refundable
• A $5 restocking fee per item applies to all returns
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
To initiate a return, please email us at info@selinarae.com with your first name and order number in the subject line.
Kindly wait for our response before sending anything back, items sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Please note:
All items purchased on sale, using a discount code, or bought at in-person events or markets are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We’d be happy to help!
You may request an exchange within 14 days of your order date.
• One exchange per item is allowed
• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us
• Once received, we’ll ship out the new size
To start an exchange, email us at info@selinarae.com with your name and order number in the subject.
Please do not DM us on Instagram about returns or exchanges, we want to make sure nothing gets missed, and email is the best way to handle these requests quickly and clearly.
